Tita left yesterday. We are so happy that she is able to spend time in Guatela with her family and we piled her up with ACT and SAT books to study. But the house feels strangely quiet. She’s such a terrific presence – joyful, funny, and kind. It feels like a bunch of the energy got sucked out of the house. It all went so fast. I wasn’t sure how/ if we could handle it all. But she made it so easy.
