First extended trip

This is my first extended trip for work (3 days) and it’s been mixed.  Joe is incredibly thoughtful and leaves me a message each morning about how the morning went.  It gives me a great deal of peace of mind.  I really miss them both and I so I have an (ideal) vision of how it’s going for them.  (I just see puppy dogs and happy baby/daddy and life is never really like that.)

Joe leaves for China on Sunday for two weeks and that will be a real trial for me!

First day of day care . . .

Holy cow! He is getting so big. Look at those cheeks! So cute!

I hope you are at least getting some R&R even though it’s a work trip.

    Two weeks in China???? Wow!
