I am thankful. It has been a long and challenging fall & summer. As I was walking n out of day care tonight, he started to express his thankfulness. He is thankful for the big and small – his family, mittens, food, pencils etc. As I write this n is cuddled up next to me in bed and said “mommy, I am thankful for you” and then perched his head up even further he said, with a grin “and I am thankful for toys”
I wish that I could bottle these days up because I love them. I need to work on presence because it is experiences of gold.
